Delivery Options
During the online checkout process, you will be presented with the available delivery options for your order.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the estimated delivery date.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following working day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on or due for delivery on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched and delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at the time of placing your order.
Receipt of Products
Whilst we have designed our packaging to ensure that products reach you in good condition, it is your responsibility to ensure that products are stored appropriately after delivery.
This responsibility applies where:
- You personally accept delivery
- The order is left in a safe place specified by you
- The courier leaves the order in a location they consider safe
- The order is delivered to a neighbour
PortionIQ shall not be liable for any deterioration, damage, or defect in the products that arises from failure to store the products correctly after delivery, including exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
Delays Outside Our Control
If the supply or delivery of your order is delayed due to events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or operational issues), we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimise the delay.
Provided we do this, we will not be liable for compensation relating to the delay. However, if the delay is expected to be substantial, you may contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to discuss your options.
