We want you to feel confident shopping with PortionIQ. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Your Right to Cancel

You have a legal right to cancel your order from the moment we accept it and up to 14 days after you receive your items.

Please note: This right does not apply to products that have been unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return a product. Download and complete the Returns Form from our Returns FAQs. Send your return by post to the address provided.

We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service to make sure your return reaches us safely. 

Items that can’t be returned

You cannot return or change your mind on products that are sealed for health or hygiene once opened, or items that have been mixed with other goods after delivery.

Timeframes for Returns

You must tell us you want to return an item within 14 days of delivery. If your order is a subscription or regular delivery, you can only cancel after the first delivery. If your order arrives in multiple deliveries, the 14-day period starts the day after the last delivery. Once you’ve told us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return Costs

Returns are at your own cost, unless free returns were offered at the time of purchase. Please keep proof of postage. If we do not receive the item (or proof that it was sent), we may be unable to issue a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in an “as new” condition. If a product is handled in a way that wouldn’t be acceptable, for example, damaged packaging, missing accessories, or signs of use, we may reduce your refund to reflect the reduced value. In some cases, no refund may be due.

Refunds

If you cancel before your order is delivered, we’ll refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. If you return an item, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item . Refunds are made to the original payment method. We don’t charge a refund fee. If you have any questions or need help with your return, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected].
