Instructions

We recommend 2-3 Portion IQ products daily, depending on your personal nutritional needs.

Pour 500ml of cold water into a container and add sachet contents. Using a blender or whisk, mix until smooth or shake vigorously in a drink shaker for 45-60 seconds.
