PortionIQ is nutrition-first. While many people use our products alongside weight-management goals, the focus is on supporting nourishment, balance, and consistency, rather than restriction.
How often should I eat PortionIQ products?
We recommend 2-3 products per day of the bites, shakes, or soups, depending on your own nutritional requirements. We recommend no more than 2 servings of the St. Clements Electrolyte per day.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

Where are the products manufactured?
PortionIQ products are proudly manufactured at our BRCGS-accredited site in Corby, Northamptonshire, reinforcing our commitment to quality, innovation, and local production.
How should I store my PortionIQ products?
All products are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sources of heat. The St. Clements Electrolyte, as a food supplement, should be stored out of reach of young children.
Will this impact my weight loss?
No. PortionIQ products are specially formulated to work with your diet or medication, they help to fill the nutritional gap when you are eating less.
Returns
Can I return products?
Yes. You have a statutory right to cancel your order from the time we accept it and up to 14 days after you receive your items. Please note that this right does not apply to products unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
How do I return products?
To return products, please follow these steps:

- Send your return by post. We recommend using a recorded or special delivery service to ensure it reaches us safely
- Once your return arrives at our head office, we will confirm receipt and process your refund

How do I buy?
At PortionIQ, we believe that shopping should be simple and flexible. You can place your order directly through our website. During checkout, you’ll be guided through the available options to complete your order easily and securely.
When can I expect delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00am are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 11:00am are dispatched the following working day
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next working day
- Orders placed on or due for delivery on a UK bank holiday will be dispatched and delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday

What time do I need to place my order for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
